Your Office Visit

In order to reserve ample time in consultation, we see patients by appointment only. Appointments may be scheduled by calling our office during regular office hours. At the time of your visit, please bring a list of all medications that you are currently taking.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

In Case of an Emergency

Physician coverage is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have a medical emergency, call our office at (315) 422-3937. Our answering service will page the doctor on call.

Fees and Insurance

• Office Visits: For your convenience, we will bill you or your insurance carrier for your office visit.

• Insurance: Insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance carrier. Therefore, the patient is ultimately responsible for any uncovered portion of the bill. Our staff will be glad to file your insurance forms for you, and will bill you directly for any remaining balance.

• HMOs/PPOs: We participate in a number of health care plans available in our area. Please check with our business staff concerning your particular policy.

• Medicare: As a courtesy to our valued senior patients, we are a participating practice.

• Questions: If you have a question regarding your billing or insurance, please ask. Our business staff will be glad to answer your questions and provide any assistance you need.
