Each member of our professional team is specifically trained as an ophthalmic medical assistant or technician by the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is highly qualified to assist in your examination and treatment. We take great pride in our staff's commitment and skill.

Our Commitment To Your Care

Our goal is to provide you with the most positive and rewarding experience possible. We will work as a team to provide personalized, individual attention and quality medical care that is accommodating to your individual needs. We are committed to these basic principles in each patient's care:

• Patient Education: Helping you understand your eye problem and your options is a priority in our practice. Dr. Bersani has created his own educational videos on specific eye problems which can be viewed on the screens in each patient room. We encourage you to ask questions and to take the videos or other literature home to aid in your learning experience.

• Team Effort: Dr. Bersani works in partnership with the referring physician of each patient, sending them personal letters to update them on your care and course of treatment. We feel that this commitment best protects each patient's health interests and ensures them of the highest quality medical care.

• Availability: Our practice is committed to being available for the emergency medical needs of our patients. We can always be reached at our office phone number, and we provide coverage 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
